Exam Success Plus is for language students preparing for the Upper Main Suite Cambridge exams. This online program has three levels:

• FCE Exam Success Plus (Upper Intermediate)
• CAE Exam Success Plus (Advanced)
• CPE Exam Success Plus (Proficiency)

The program builds reading and writing skills, grammatical and lexical competence, and teaches suitable exam techniques to maximise the learner’s chance of success in the exam. Non-exam students who want to build their general English language skills will also benefit.

There are 26 units at each level, providing practice in the following areas:

• Reading skills
  how to skim, scan, and read in detail to infer meaning, using passages based on authentic newspapers, journals and magazine articles.
• Writing skills
  how to write essays, reports and proposals, articles, brochures, letters and memos. Step-by-step guidance is provided, along with model answers for each writing task to show the learner exactly what is required.
• Exam Practice
  exam-style tests for Reading (Paper 1), Writing (Paper 2) and Use of English/English in Use (Paper 3).
• Vocabulary
  phrasal verbs, collocations and word formations, tested through fun quizzes.
• Grammar Reference
  comprehensive coverage of key grammar points needed for the exam, including tests and easy-to-follow explanations.
