How can I pay for my software?

You can pay by institutional (but not personal) cheque, by bank draft, by Visa or Mastercard credit card (surcharges may apply), or by telegraphic transfer.

How is my software delivered?

If you purchase Clarity's online programs, they will be delivered online. If you purchase network software you can choose between airmail, Speedpost and FedEx delivery. Clarity recommends Speedpost, the post office courier, as being reliable, economical and fast. All higher value consignments are sent by courier.

Normally, registered post will take at least 7 days. FedEx will take at least 2 days. Please note that these times are approximate and depend on your location.

Can I download online?

We do not currently offer online downloadable versions as file sizes are too big.

What is the delivery cost?

We charge the delivery cost for network software only.
