If you get more computers, you may wish to extend a licence from, for example, a 5-computer licence to a 10-computer licence. In this case you simply pay the difference between your old licence price and your new licence price. So, extending a 5-computer licence of Tense Buster Compilation (£399) to a 10-computer licence of Tense Buster Compilation (£699) will cost £699 - £399 = £300. When you extend your licence we will check to ensure that you have the most up-to-date version and will then issue you with a licence extension certificate.
Clarity's upgrade policy is to rebate you 50% of what you have spent on a like-for-like upgrade. So if you bought Author Plus V5, 5-computer network licence for £99, we will credit you £49.50 towards your purchase of a 5-computer licence or higher of Author Plus Pro.
