You may want to increase the size of your network licence from, for example, a 5-computer licence of Road to IELTS to a 20-computer licence. This is a licence extension. There are two types of implementation:
1. You have the most up-to-date version of the product
When you currently have the most up-to-date version of the product, we will send you a new serial number and a licence letter. You should use your original CD to install the program again to the same folder that you have already used. You will type in your NEW serial number first, and the program will then check the contents. At the end, you can confirm the registration details and the program will now run with the correct new number of licences.
2. You have an older version of the product
When you currently have an older version of the product, we will send you a new CD. You should uninstall the old version and then use the new CD to install from scratch. If the particular upgrade you are installing is able to keep your existing database this will be noted in the installation guide that comes with the CD, otherwise, you may lose your progress records when you do this. If you need to have a record of them, you should export the records using Results Manager to Excel. If you have Results Manager before V3, then you can export directly from the database.
