Yes, you can embed the IP address and/or the referrer address into the licence and thus limit access to the online system to your computers.
There is a very popular protection tool called EZProxy that a lot of libraries use. This lets a student login to the library website from anywhere, and then the Clarity title can be set to only run if it is called from EZProxy. This opens the title to all students who can login to your website, and blocks it to all others. Click here for more information.
