Once you have downloaded the desktop version, you can run the Clarity Recorder at any time. Use it to record audio that you want to add into Author Plus, or you want to send to your teacher by email. You will have an icon on your desktop after installation as well as in the Start menu. You don't need to be running any other Clarity programs to use the Recorder.
