I get a 'Library not registered' error when I start the program.

Explanation:

This happens on the network version. When some older programs are run under newer versions of Windows, the components needed to start the program are not active in Windows anymore.

Solution:

Try to run the programs in Windows XP Compatibility Mode. Here is a reference link showing how to do it.
